Join us to expand your thinking about your caregiving life. Through movement, voice, memories and stories, caregivers will explore ways to express feelings associated with what it means to accept changes, a diagnosis, new or lost identities. No prior artistic or movement experience is needed.

Caregiver Courage is an open group for people in our community that are caregivers for a family member.  This group  meets on the first and third Wednesday of the month at 9:30 am.  If you know someone who is overwhelmed by their caregiving duties,  please let them know about this support group.
